This was Nathaniel's favorite position to ski in. See the flames coming off of his helmet. Nathaniel feels the need...the need for speed.
don't look now mom... that trail is double black diamond. And yes, all 3 of your sons are about to go down it. Their favorite runs were...Thaynes, Alf's high rustler and S.T.H. Which stands for Steeper Than Heck.

This journey started out very rocky for us. Jennifer found herself flat in bed with back problems, before spring break started. Trying to pack for a road trip proved very tricky while trying to rest her back. With some help from sweet friends, she got her back to calm down and managed to get everything ready.
After flying low for 2 days,We stopped Saturday night at Walmart to get our groceries for the Condo. when Isabella threw up in the shopping cart, AND all the way to the bathroom, leaving a nice wet trail for someone to clean up. YES, it is mortifying even in a Walmart. Luckily the rest of the trip was fun. Alexander did get a touch of the flu, but nothing like Isabella. The boys still managed to ski everyday. We hit Solitude, Park City for 2 days, Alta and Snowbird. Isabella and Jennifer took one day off from skiing and shopped with her mom, sister and her daughter. We enjoyed doing what girls do best.
Howard's parents meet us while we skied at Alta, His 76 year old father also joined us on the slopes. What fun memories his grandchildren will have of him skiing with us. Helen brought a book and hung out in the lodge, We all skied down to join her for lunch. His youngest brother took time off from work and skied with us the last part of the week. All in all we had a wonderful time being with family.

Oh it looks so cold! I am so glad you all had such a great time! It was so fun to shop and do what we do best, even if it was only a short time I was able to see you and your cute family! Sure am looking forward to June! Love You!
Your boys are awesome skiers. I can't wait to go see them when they are in the olympics!
Wow! What a fun trip for your family!! You guys are so adventurous. I'm sure the boys and cute Isabella loved the snow and slopes! You all look like professionals--and apparently you are, skiing the double black diamonds! What a priceless picture of Isabella with Grandma Hales. I hope that her health is improving. And a sweet memory for the boys to remember Grandpa skiing with them.
So much effort behind the scenes so your family can have these wonderful memories, (Only a mother would know). So glad that your family loves to ski so we can see you again. I am so happy that there were no broken bones and everyone had a great vacation.
